Hashtag Interactive’s long-standing relationship with Dumex initially began in 2013 with ad-hoc projects covering areas such as app development and social media campaign management. Since then, our ties have progressed and blossomed, culminating in our recent appointment as Dumex’s digital agency of record earlier this year.

Apart from digital strategy planning and consultancy, we also engage in social media management and web content marketing, digital ads management, online community and campaign management, app development, crisis management, and social media customer service training for Dumex. Through our close partnership with the Dumex CRM team, we have helped increase their fan base to become the most-Liked infant formula brand on Facebook in Singapore.
