Hashtag Interactive is reappointed as NLB’s social media partner! 🎉

We’re proud to share that we have been reappointed by the National Library Board (NLB) to manage its social media content strategy and production under a new long-term retainer.

The partnership kicks off with an initial two-year period with the potential to extend for another three. That’s a big vote of confidence — and a clear sign of NLB’s commitment to building an even stronger digital connection with the public. We’ll be creating branded content across a variety of formats to support NLB’s many initiatives, from lifelong learning campaigns to programmes that celebrate local literary heritage.

This collaboration builds on the project-based work we’ve done for NLB in the past and reflects our growing experience in the government and public service space, alongside recent partnerships with MUIS Halal SG, WSG, and ActiveSG. It also comes hot on the heels of our inclusion in the World of Government (WOG) Agency list.

“This partnership with NLB is a significant milestone for us,” said our managing partner, Mina Sunico-Chin. “We’re excited to bring our content expertise and social storytelling to such a culturally vital institution. Our goal is to help NLB reach more people and to do it with content that’s engaging, relevant, and accessible.”

Our scope of work will include always-on content, social media campaigns, and regular content audits. We’re looking forward to growing NLB’s online presence and supporting its role as a champion of knowledge and literacy in Singapore.

Stay tuned, we’ve got lots of great content coming your way!
