The Brief
The Institute for Adult Learning (IAL) advances Singapore’s adult education through workplace learning, research and skills-first practices. Its work spans topics such as professional development to AI and capability building. The challenge was to make these topics clearer, more engaging and more relevant across social media, while growing interest in IAL’s courses, events, publications and initiatives among adult educators, learning professionals, enterprises and upskillers.
Turning Complexity Into Clarity
We developed a content strategy designed to make IAL's expertise more accessible by engaging a diverse audience, inspiring action, and building a community around lifelong learning. Our approach sharpened IAL’s social presence with platform-specific content, from thought leadership and research on LinkedIn to courses and community content on Facebook, visual storytelling on Instagram and timely updates on Telegram. We also supported media buying, event coverage, community management and reporting, adapting quickly as priorities evolved.
A Social Presence Built for Growth
The work helped IAL communicate with greater clarity and consistency, turning dense topics into conversations, and turning interest into action. Through strategic planning, creative development, and close collaboration, we helped IAL spark stronger engagement around adult learning, professional development and workplace transformation.
